QubitSoft is a fast-growing technology company building sales tools for modern teams. We are fully distributed and passionate about solving hard problems at scale. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our culture from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals

What We're Looking For:
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
