We are BrightPath Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Senior Sales Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
