We are Quantum Works, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Junior Account Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
