We are PulseCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior BI Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance

- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
