We are PulseCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Software Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts

- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
