We are FusionStack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Lead Security Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team

- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
